Springfield - A New Portfolio Acquisition for Namdar Realty Group

Springfield GSA Portfolio consists of three buildings:

The Bell Building (15,500 RSF), The Bucari Building (75,396 SF), and The Ridgely Building(57,185 RSF). These three GSA-occupied office properties total 148,081 SF and are collectively 96.0% occupied.

The buildings in the stabilized Portfolio are strategically located in Downtown Springfield, proximate to the State Capitol and an array of government-affiliated agencies and offices, to which the Portfolio caters.
